We established the CoachUp Awards to recognize our top coaches whose phenomenal work is helping athletes around the country reach another level. The CoachUp team took a number of factors into account when awarding these honors, such as: coach score, client reviews, testimonials, response rate, and first-hand experience working with coaches directly.

CoachUp Announces 2nd Annual Scholarship Program

Boston, MA, February 18th 2013 – CoachUp, the country’s leading private coaching company, has announced that it will begin accepting applications for its 2nd annual scholarship program.  The scholarship program directly supports the company mission, to change the trajectory of kids’ lives through sport. Students nationwide, that have participated in sports and have been accepted into, or are currently enrolled in a US college or university, are eligible to apply.  CoachUp will award 3 student scholarships in the amount of $2,000 cash for school, plus $500 toward private coaching sessions through CoachUp.

With the partnership, youth, high school and adult athletes seeking to improve their Ultimate game skills can arrange private coaching directly with professional Ultimate players through CoachUp.

Major League Ultimate aims to bring the sport of Ultimate Frisbee to a worldwide audience by making the game exciting and accessible for fans and rewarding for its professional players. Growing the sport in size and popularity is an important mission to the group.

The National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA), the only Association comprised of NBA, ABA, Harlem Globetrotters and WNBA alumni, today announced a formal partnership with CoachUp – a service that connects athletes with private coaches. The mutually beneficial relationship will provide paid private coaching opportunities for NBRPA Members, while delivering a number of highly qualified basketball coaches to CoachUp.

“As former professional basketball players at the game’s highest levels, our members are uniquely qualified to work as private coaches,” said NBRPA President & CEO Arnie D. CoachUp Announces Partnership With National High School Basketball Coaches Association

Boston, MA - CoachUp, the nation’s leading private coaching company, is pleased to announce a partnership with the National High School Basketball Coaches Association (NHSBCA).

With a membership of over 52,000 coaches across the country, the NHSBCA is an alliance among the leaders of State Basketball Coaches Associations.  The organization aims to provide a national voice for high school coaches, as well as, support coaches in their mission to teach and mentor scholastic players in the game of basketball.
